It was amazing beyond belief and I 1000% totally didn't cry like a little bitch when "Flow" came on.

I’d say Kaine is… reasonably buff. Which can be quite a bit for a midlander.
All that training and adventuring paid off and then some, and he takes steps to remain in good shape for future endeavors… also because it’s kinda fun and helps him relax sometimes.
