I agree it’s amazing when you just need like a few basic features of a product and you can just vibe code it, self host it and call it a day

They neither have the skills, the budget or even the understanding of doing anything that would be slightly close to what we have today. Today what we need is more involvement and contribution on open source software that would enable more companies to provide quality services imho

Well again, I understand the point, and in a perfect world it would be nice. But in today’s world, do I want my entire internet infrastructure to be fully managed by politics ? No way in hell …

Still a long way to go, but hype by the idea, hopefully someone will make an open source version of this anytime soon

I really enjoy the fact that a company making such a tool finally realise that making software require a viable workflows where requirements and design goes first instead of throwing some random idea and hoping to get a result

Also will try to make some integration tests myself as this is the only viable way for the LLM to know if shit is actually working or not. Unit tests generated by #AI shows to be very inefficient in this case, but that was not really a surprise

So now I’ll throw away that branch obviously and as a second experiment I’ll try to really review the different document he generated to conduct the implementation, and detail and reduce the scope of the task implementation
