As I get more specific here in future posts with how I would change what we have in our society that is not working... I hope to find people here and now that are for a future where we see the source of our generational grievances and at the same time see the repair to act on.

There is a lot moving, shaking, changing in all of our lives... and I ask we may we find the people and spiritual practices that nourish our minds, bodies and souls during any change or healing we are experiencing and moving through.

In my 35 years of being alive, I learned my Father in the 1990's wasn't sure if he could believe people saying "there will be computers in most homes" by now.
Fast forward to 2024 and I, his and Jo's first born daughter, joined 3 new platforms this year alone.

The physical world is shifting, the online world is shifting... quicker than maybe we all can understand, which is okay, but it's important we do take the time and arrive on same page.
