Thank you, yeah its pretty fucked, been 3 years since the injury and im still fucked from it and there seems to be no recourse. Its not even that the claim got declined that passes me off, its that it was declined on bulkshit reasons and noones willing to acknowledge the fuck ups.

But no suddenly its my only issue and with "rehabilitation" I might be able to work again.... despite already having done a rehab program, despite having been back in therapy for over 2 years, despite having been in and out of the mental health system since I was a teenager...

I asked the insurance company that question over 10 times. They refused to even acknowledge it.
No apparently my only barrier is "partially treated depression" which is actually PTSD from childhood trauma. That ive suffered from for over 20 years...that ive worked jobs with in the past...

Despite having another dr write a letter confirming that their premise is wrong and outlining why, they are allowed to use false information to deny my claim.
They state my head injury is no longer relevant, yet refuse to answer the question of why im not at my pre injury ability if thats the case.

Despite being told that a return to work program isn't worth doing because it's unlikely to achieve that outcome, despite struggling intensely with part time study and requiring to resubmit multiple assignments due to my ongoing symptoms from my head injury.

Apparently, it's "acting in good faith" to trivialize PTSD due to childhood trauma, gaslight, lie, and break promises to customers.

Apparently, its absolutely fine to ignore any question that would contradict their false premise.
Apparently, it's too much to ask to be treated fairly and with respect

Thanks Spencer, to say it put a damper on the trip is an understatement. But he got to go on his own terms and im grateful for that. Paid my respects at a couple of shrines and had a few beers in his honor
