Last offseason he paid a ton to Javon Hargrave and Jon Allen, who had both just been cut by the Commanders and Niners. He took on dead cap to dump Harrison Phillips, who is much better, cheaper, and younger. He dumped Garrett Bradbury and paid Ryan Kelley. He got everything wrong, not just JJ
