Just to give you an idea about my PhD research topic:
A crafted black doctoral cap with a lit LED light string tassel containing eppis with filters. On top little beads state "I love algae" and "light", an R sign, green marked round filters, green paper circles resembling my lighting system, a printed fatty acid GC profile, picture of a daphnia (from the working group website banner), anabeana "giant microbe", and a kangaroo crossing warning sign. From the top hang glass vessels used for the GC. On the rim are pictures and small roses around.
