I want to use social media to talk about something other than the state of social media, but if Zuck wants us to trust "community notes" then we need to assess the communities we're engaged with. And so most of my Bluesky feed is simply folks rationalizing why they use Bluesky.

Not only can wealthy students hire private SAT tutors who *teach to the test* but standardized testing assumes a certain level of curricula and accessibility that doesn't exist in low-income school districts. The disadvantages are built right in.
