Why do heads of agencies and departments do what Muck wants? He has no legitimate power, yet they cower. and give in. or they quit. Why not just ignore? I am confused by this.

I can have a book sent to anyone who wants to review IN THE SKY LORD. I know of a few review sites that are looking for good/smart reviews. Just send me a note.

So the MO attorney general is suing Starbucks because they have too many women and ethnic minorities working for them, which means they have discriminated against white men! He claims he is doing it to protect white men. Even the Onion could not make this up!

Those who complain loudest are often guilty. The prosecutor who rails against prostitution is caught with one; the pastor who preaches against adultery has a lover. Etc. Musk railing against handouts and waste gets millions from the govt, could be really talking about himself.

I am new to bluesky, and did not ever use X, so my questions are basic. How can I comment on someone else's post? I know about the comment, but after I comment, what do I do? Hit "reply"? If so, why doesn't it show up? Or does it show just to the person I am replying to?

so happy Joe pardoned Hunter. I was hoping he would. The orange goblin would have continued to go after Hunter, the orange goblin convicted of 34 felonies, that is! Others guilty of what Hunter did get fines or short jail time. Joe knew Hunter would be sacrificed. Sad no one trusts the system now.

My recent days as Visiting Writer at Webster U were delightful. Webster U students are artistic, creative, free spirits. The faculty is smart, funny, hardworking, and dedicated. I had a full house for my reading. We all tried to find hope, remembering none of us are merely demographic points.
