Remember that old Ed Asner series, Lou Grant? I only saw it a few times but for awhile I wanted to become a reporter because of the way it was depicted on the show. That type of newsroom no longer exists. There’s no ethical, moral stances being taken nowadays. It’s all clicks & eyeballs and $$$.

Education degrees are no longer professional???
I work (tangentially) with a kid who was homeschooled. He’s barely literate and can’t do anything that isn’t drilled into a routine for him. That’s what unprofessional education looks like.
