The more they talk about the "deal" (which is not finalized nor is it approved by the Congress) the smaller it seems. But it isn't just small (& make no mistake, it's a nothingburger) but it contains very negative elements (promoting protectionism,making 10% tariffs permanent).Don't fall for the BS.
