My great uncle Will Forge of the Middlesex regiment was killed in the first wave. They never had a chance. We have kept his memory alive with a photographic record, and in doing so, hope to keep alive the memory of the many young men who died with him.

These are my two furballs. Chilli, on the left, is also known as Big Boy, Fat Boy (can you body shame a cat?), the Big Chill, Chillax Boy, Princeling, Sweet Pea, and Get Down Chilli. Bean, on the right, is also known as Beanie, Little Bean, Beanie Girl, Beanie Babe, Little Sweet Pea, and Beans. 😻🐈🐈⬛

This is my girl Gorgeous George, aka Georgie, who died in 2021. She came to us as a stray 10 years before. I brought her into the house thinking she’ll stay or she’ll go, it’s up to her. Thankfully she stayed and was a joy to be with. She’s still missed even though we now have another two cats 😻🐈🐈⬛

No, your father was absolutely blessed. Not all ‘baby boomers’, ie people currently aged between 60 and 80 years have been so lucky, including the many WASPI women who have lost 5/6 years of state pension, and all women who were working in the 1970s and 80s when the gender pay gap was at its worst.

NHS still on its knees, GPs still not accepting face-to-face appointments, 8 am phone scramble ongoing, hospital waiting lists only minimally reduced. Nothing about the £350 million/week stated on the bus was true. Both the NHS and the country’s economy have been well shafted by Johnson and co🤡
