I think the heat factor is why they did not germinate. 19°C. I'll start again this weekend with a heat mat. The seeds are brand new. They are thai peppers. We don't have a long enough summer here in Quebec, zone 5b for bell peppers (especially if you love the red ones).

I've planted mine 10 days ago and nothing. I may need to start again! Enjoy!
