More Google Maps reviews from Brigid Hart from Co. Galway, Ireland.

She’s your unfiltered aunt—just like her cigarettes—who makes inappropriate asides while you try to keep a straight face.

3. I know I’m right.
Reframe: My role is to help others find solutions, not to always give them the answers.

4. I can’t make a mistake.
Reframe: My focus is excellence, not avoiding failure.

5. If I can do it, so can you.
Reframe: What worked for me might not work for everyone.

To summarize, start with seven common blockers and #reframe them into more productive beliefs.

1. I need to be involved.
Reframe: I can do anything, but I can’t do everything.

2. I need it done now.
Reframe: I need to focus on what truly matters.

2. Know your rights. Regardless of status, you have rights when confronted by immigration agents. You don't have 2 answer ?s about your status, you have the right 2 speak w/a lawyer + refuse to open your door for ICE unless they present a valid judicial warrant. 3/6 www.motionlaw.com/the-differen...

1. Remain calm, safe and observant. If you see federal agents in the area, note time, location, number of agents, vehicle(s), license plates, demeanor — but do so without putting yourself or others at risk.

There's also a useful companion list of “Words to watch” service-manual.ons.gov.uk/content/lang...

Example,
• Because, due to and since: The words “due to” and “since” should not be used in place of “because”. “Owing to” can replace “because of” if needed.
