Yep, my daughter (same one as I mentioned before) has been taking melatonin since shortly after her adhd diagnosis. Before getting it, she'd be awake from about 11pm through to God knows when. Saved all our lives, honestly

My daughter was diagnosed aged 4, but it took a while to get the right medication (she also has some developmental delay, so couldn't really tell us how she felt). When she started the best one for her, the difference was startling. Very happy for you!

Make it small, wrinkles are fine. If anyone still doesn't wash new clothes before wearing them, steamers exist. Also putting shirt on a hanger in the bathroom while they're showering.
