My dad is obsessed with that movie! Never thought of it from the point of view of a parent, but I can see what you mean.

I remember when Disney used to screen their films on repeat every several years in theaters too! Fantasia was made in 1940, Snow White in 1937, and I got to see both before the advent of VHS.
