Went to the Toledo Zoo yesterday. I am totally fascinated by the flamingos. 🦩I love watching them walk around on those stick-like legs. How can those legs support anything? But they do. The flamingos are accompanied in this photo by a couple of storks.

This young lady finished her 12th round of chemo this week and got to ring the bell today to mark the occasion. There’s still more treatment to come with radiation and a daily pills. But the most challenging part of treatment is over! Joyce Micheaux is a rockstar! 🤘😀🙏

Discovered this yesterday on Ancestry.com. This is my maternal GG, Ada Pitcher Phinney, and her three children, Roger, Madeleine, & Berton. Berton was my grandfather. Not sure of the exact date the photo, but I’m guessing the early 1900s. I love it when I make these discoveries! ❤️🧬 #genealogy

A few friends are birders and take cool photos of the birds they see. Since I use a walker full time, I don’t have a chance to get out often to take pictures. But I did get a pic of the elusive hospital pigeon at Flower Hospital. I think he was waiting on one of the docs for his test results. 🤣🤣🤣
