which seems to mean those of us Americans without property (I was an international school educator - not enough ££$$ to own a property in the US in addition to my little flat in Cricklewood), those without spouses, children (am single), and without parents (mine are deceased - buried at Arlington)

Thanks. Frankly I am not clear on whether or how individual States can override or ignore the mandates on the new bill if it passes (I think approved by House now in Senate).

Simon have you discussed tge SAVE Act HR 22 on your weekly @lbc.co.uk show? I imagine many US voters in UK listen and may not be aware of the threat thus poses to overseas voters.
