I'm amazed at some of the names on this list! We should start calling all of them.

Is the height of cruelty that the richest man in the world (who's not been elected to anything) thinks he has the right to deprive the poorest people in the world of food and medicine!

He's bankrupted numerous companies & 4 casinos! (who does that!).
He's waged a campaign of shock and awe for 2 weeks.
