I don't think it takes a rocket scientist (or SpaceX CEO) to realize that "cutting costs" doesn't really count if more costs are incurred later. For example, I could save money by not fixing the leak in my roof. Or we could save money by firing IRS employees who find unpaid taxes. Geez!
