It’s interesting that no one remembers or knows that the original purpose of snap (food stamps) was to support the Department of Agriculture not feed the poor people. Surplus went to commodities and then to Snap. It’s still the reason. Why otherwise would it be under Dept of Agriculture?

We need to let our congressmen know it’s fine to keep up the fight but at on time is the fight worth a move to the nuclear option. That would be a disaster with no end. NONONO.

Has anyone considered a worker strike government boycott etc until government gets the insurance and snap tc. What if workers didn’t show up at Walmart or the restaurant or the grocery store? What if the same groups who did Kings protest organization started this? Good idea?
