hope it’s going to be okay! there’s definitely some gore and body horror but I enjoyed all the gothic drama and sumptuous settings very much.

I am not a gore fan and I loved the movie, it's a magnificent spectacle. But there was at least one eye moment while the creature is created I THINK because I watched those bits through my fingers. And the creature's hands get fucked up later on but then heal rapidly.
