Happy Caturday! The monastery in Meteora, Greece was closed to visitors but these cats came to greet our tour bus anyway.

We went to visit the Oracle's temple in Delphi. She wasn't in, so my questions remain unanswered.

I can now say I've been to the center of the world. This rock marks the spot in Delphi, Greece.

It was eerie walking through the Colosseum, Palatine Hill, and Roman Forum dwarfed by the towering temples and columns. Could the builders of this majestic architecture ever have imagined it all falling into ruin?

View overlooking the old city & harbor of Dubrovnik, Croatia, taken from the city walls. You can walk around the perimeter of the old city along the walls which are about 80 feet tall & were constructed from the 13th to 17th centuries. The city dates back to the 7th century.
