We know how many teachers, assistants, counselors, and nurses work in successful public schools. Why do we insist on only funding 60 - 70% of those needed positions year after year?

It has been 29 years since the #Leandro decision found our state in violation of its constitutional duty to provide every NC child with a sound basic education.
