It's empty calories emotionally, but it's enough of a distraction most days to keep me from getting too down

I dunno if you've tried finding Discords about things you like, but there's plenty of those. For me I'm pretty anxious so I don't have a lack of places to talk, I just get stressed out with any kind of response. I'm also keeping the loneliness at bay by listening to streamers and podcasts
