Which ones have you found the MOST helpful professionally or with hiring?

My toxic trait: purchasing obscure vintage and antique dinnerware and miscellaneous items when I can’t sleep.

Oh - and having a never ending TBR pile that I just keep adding to.

Some days I feel like a superhero juggling mom life, a startup, and coaching clients. Other days, I feel like I need a nap by 10 a.m.
