I never thought he was remotely qualified to be SecState and never thought he’d be a moderating force. Rubio is the worst SecState. Worse than Tillerson, and that’s not the company you want to be in.

Having worked in international development, or foreign aid, yrs ago the very poorest countries were called “the fourth world”. Poverty was so great in some countries. This term has thankfully fallen out of fashion. Orange Turd wouldn’t know this, though. He just uses it as a pejorative term. 😡
