When I was taught the book our lecturer went to a lot of effort to ensure we knew that the film 'Mary Shelley's Frankenstein' was really Kenneth Branagh's Frankenstein. I did like this one but I think similar efforts will have to be made with the students due to study it in semester 2 😅

I agree with you completely. I thought it was beautiful to look at and I enjoyed lots of it but my eye starts to twitch when I see people describing it as 'definitive'. I was very disappointed with the choice to give Victor the awful father.

The second section from The Tin Roof Blow down, it said (in bold font) it was real and verified and authentic. Reader...it was not.

Agree completely. Always knew the hysterical side of our fans would lose it at the first goal conceded first points dropped.
