There's not much I can say about the state of the world right now, that hasn't been said a thousand times, in a thousand different ways. It's deafening and sickening if you let it into the room.

I came home to the island 2 days ago.
Everyone knows it takes at least 3 days to decompress from traveling on the mainland to get your island-legs back.
I was received by the beautiful, blustery shore at April's end and headed home to the woods.
