Justo antes del siglo XIII, con la llegada de las traducciones de Aristóteles a la Edad Media europea, la idea de que las mujeres debían tener un orgasmo para poder soltar su “semilla” y concebir estaba muy extendida. Esto implicaba que su placer era fundamental.
