Normally, this pair of ducks is very active every time I see them. This is the first time I have seen them sleeping during my late afternoon walk in Bellemont, AZ.

A pair of Canadian geese and a pair of ducks, enjoying the same small pond in Flagstaff Meadows neighborhood, Bellemont, AZ today. They don’t impose tariffs on each other, and they don’t fight in trade wars. Can we learn something from this peaceful mutually beneficial coexistence? 🪿❤️🦆

It was a snowy and cloudy day in northern Arizona today. All schools were closed in Flagstaff today and the schools will be closed again tomorrow due to another storm system moving in to the area. ❄️

Is it poetic justice that deep south states who overwhelmingly voted for Donald Trump are now seeing their livelihoods disappear? The federal government and universities are their largest employers, but their federal jobs and university research grants are already being taken away.
