I get what u mean probably. You can't have neutral and negative stance at the same time.
But (prolly subjectively) agnosticism does not imply neutral stance. That would be apatheism and nontheism.

A gnostic person is someone who knows, while a theist is someone who believes. Agnostic Atheists are just people who lack knowledge and belief (i.e. in God). There is a fuss about it with other ppl saying it's not that we "lack", it's that we "don't" both I would go with the former myself and idrc.
