Is this Ronnie’s kid or Zed’s?

Please tell me what right we have to imprison the deportees that we sent there. I accept and support the right of the country to, after due process, deport people who are eligible for deportation. I do not understand, accept or support incarcerating mere deportees who are not serving US sentences.
