The last non-reprint, non-legendary vanilla 2/1 was Expedition Envoy in Battle for Zendikar (2015). Savannah Lions was reprinted in Foundations last year, Elite Vanguard was reprinted in Eternal Masters (2016).

You could argue that Cheeky House-Mouse from WOE fits, but it has an Adventure.

The jumpstart set feels like a handful of commander decks broken up and spread out over a separate set instead of just...being commander decks.

I do get this feeling sometimes, though.

Ok, actually started thinking about who's the most powerful non-antagonist firebender and it gets kinda muddy. I'm excluding anyone who was ever an antagonist (sorry Zukko), but that still leaves Uncle Iroh, the Sun Warriors, and TECHNICALLY Ran and Shaw. Look, Jeong Jeong was at LEAST very good.

Even if they were forced (somehow?) to not use a text box, most of these would look better if the rules text was lower. It's so weird how high up it is when it's not constrained to the box.
