Of course it doesn't! And it goes beyond cancer. Belfast is also a closer option for many things, even if parking at the royal is a mess, having waited 90 minutes recently just to get into the car park

Of course it doesn't! And it goes beyond cancer. Belfast is also a closer option for many things, even if parking at the royal is a mess, having waited 90 minutes recently just to get into the car park
