I’ll never forget last night. Michael Sheen reads Dylan Thomas and R.S. Thomas, while I respond in the gaps with songs that try to empathise with the haunting words of Wales’s beloved poets.. as recited by one of its greatest actors. Thanks to Michael for the depth of his creativity and kindness.

Home after a quick weekend visit to Canada to play the mighty Edmonton Folk Fest. It was my fourth time there and it continues to be the best run festival I’ve played at. Highlight for me was meeting and watching the amazing John Butler..but so many great artists and was honouring to be amongst them

About to fly home from Amsterdam after eleven wonderful shows in Holland and Germany. Packed houses of enthusiastic voices who sang along with the old and new songs of hope.Love playing here and will always consider myself as part of the Euro community.Next up opening for Deacon Blue 4 five shows.

Euro tour rumbling on both in Germany and the Netherlands. So love playing here. The history, rich connection and warmth of the welcome of the people. Each night is a reminder of the greater good despite the weight of these desperate days. Thanks Wilco for pics 🙂
