There's hardly any Local Authority enforcement of the offences they can act on as it is (certainly in Lancashire), all this means it's the police will have a reason to pass the buck to LAs who won't do anything, or take months/years to consider acting.

Being a councillor doesn't count, and everything else I enjoy is slowly being abandoned due to being too much for my body to handle, somI might get some ideas :)

The Ataxia is progressive and now 24/7, but I manage with my duties as a Councillor, as much of the work can be done lying in bed, as and when I am able to, and I have fantastic colleagues to help me where needed.

The group repeatedly mocked fellow Labour MPs - often those considered to be on the left of the party.
Ryan took aim at Richard Burgon, shadow justice secretary under Corbyn, saying of one interview that he "sounds so thick".
In another exchange, when Gwynne was told he had been praised publicly by Burgon, he wrote back: "Am about to disinfect myself. My career is over."
Ryan also referred to MP Marsha de Cordova - who has a sight impediment -as "the blind one from Battersea". Gwynne said: "Or did you mean Marsha? That's so disablist!!! Appalled Oliver ".
Ryan responded by emulating Corbyn's PMQs style of reading out a letter from a voter.
