I’m going to suggest that is the roof of the Europa Hotel. The view of the City Hospital would suggest that. The OGWT show was recorded at Balmoral Studios behind Kings hall.

Managed to attend the listening party in Dublin. Music was incredible, “effects” varied from song to song. Great bit of info from Dave and Alasdair. No branding or visuals of any sort, and at the end, the music stopped and the lights came on, there was a bit of “is that all?”
