Mostly agree. Though I use mine on my Saturday morning 20/30k runs. Going that length of time carrying my phone, keys, water etc is way more annoying than the vest.

That’s literally not how it works.
When English fans were banned in Europe, many gay, black, Jewish were banned in the process. They’re protected characteristics but because they weren’t banned because of those just like this situation isn’t a ban because of religion, the equality act didn’t apply

The equality act doesn’t apply here as the individuals aren’t being banned the club is for repeated failure to stop their fans from rioting.
