Please understand that the ruling didn't directly affect birthright citizenship - that wasn't an issue - the decision was that the injunctions of federal district judges do not have nationwide effect - the court is not going to abolish birthright citizenship- bank on it!

I am a Christian and a lawyer - understand, the court is not saying they're anti-Christianity - they're upholding the previous rulings of the Supreme Court (stare decisis for those not in Rio Linda)- it's not political - it's legal (or illegal, depending on your perspective)

You don't have to be bought off (maybe he was, maybe he wasn't) - you just have to be a judge who is more interested in his personal views of how the world should be rather than the constitution or any law that guides the country in a way you disagree with

You do understand that the US Marshals Service is under the jurisdiction of the DOJ which is under the control of the executive branch? Any Marshal who tries to arrest Trump will be fired on the spot by Trump - this is the constitutional crisis we have to worry about

The courts have no way to enforce their orders since all enforcement mechanisms (US Marshals Service) is under the control of the DOJ which is under the control of the Executive Branch 😡

Don't confuse criminal liability with unconstitutional actions - unconstitutional actions can be "official acts" and still be void because they are unconstitutional - he only has "immunity" for what would otherwise be criminal actions but for the fact that they are official acts

It is absolutely insane- the problem is that the "administration" will declare it "illegal" arrest the people involved and it will take several years before the Supreme Court says it's not - in the meantime these protesters will be in jail - they're taking advantage of the delays in our legal system
