We have the same problem in the U.S. as well. It's as if COVID is no longer here. I'm not hearing anything about the long-term effects and damage from this virus. Yet, this is a world-wide concern (or should be).

Thanks for listening Esther. I have visited your Website and listened to your beautiful piano piece "The Swan Brings Winter on its Wings" and to the recording of your euphonium piece "Journey." I enjoyed the very lyrical music part you composed for this instrument and Charley's performance.

I knew Stephen Jaffe from back in our student days. He's a wonderful composer and musician.

Enjoying your mazurkas! "Like a tender bulldozer" for no. 1 does set a great mental image for listening. 'Anti-avante-garde' for our time, is this now a general approach for you--or just these mazarkas? I ask because my own work these days leans toward a traditional sense of harmonic language.

I have found Chopin inspiring too. I have a nocturne that hints at Chopin and a ballade for koto that is quite different. Are your mazurkas available to hear anywhere?

Apple Maps has also caved to king T's executive order. Very disturbing!

Truly frightening! Will 'they' be scrubbing our digital archives next?
