The #InfectedBlood Compensation Authority plan to handle just 250 claims ahead of March 2025. With only 31 claim managers and 5,000 existing claimants, their KPI’s and random set of targets don’t add up.🤷♂️

The Infected Blood Compensation Authority officers and case managers need to learn very quickly and get the community engagement right.
Just feel that 31 case managers is nowhere near enough, needs to be many, many more to allow them to effectively manage the complex caseload.
