Many disabled cannot work as employers will not adapt workplaces.

St Paul's school shows if you had income below £70000 and assets of less than £700,000, then a 99% bursary was possible. Fees are approx £45k/year rising to £51k/year. The means testing of parents income is less strict and not legally enforceable compared to benefits means testing.
