My business school professors used to say that if you submit a paper & 'hope' or 'hopefully' are used as part of yr business strategy, u will get a failing grade. When, rather if, the Dems come back to power, when they are faced w/prosecuting the Rethug crimes/criminals, they will give them a pass.
