I posted a wanted ad in Record Collector in the mid 80's and he replied directly so I got some nice test pressings of Caesars stuff and more inc. some hand written lyrics. Just wish I'd bought some paintings at the time but I was record obsessed and skint!

Nice. I've been collecting Billy's records (and that of other Medway bands) since the early 80's. (Apologies if I've already told you that, I'm like a broken record myself). Have pretty much everything up to the early 90's but couldn't keep up in the end! Saw The Headcoats/tees lots of times as well

Have pretty much everything up to the early 90's but couldn't keep up in the end! Saw The Headcoats/tees lots of times as well
If only Labour had a Secretary of State for Culture who could: a. Lead on this, and b. Keeps up with US politics (BP reference - Labour ministers seem to have an unusual lens on word affairs, when it suits.)
