This is exactly why there is a problem in the realestate market negative gearing was allowed to encourage investors to supply rental accommodation, they have failed in this endeavour by chasing capital gains so they have ruined the model forcing the gov to react accordingly

I’m on a farm and feed wild bird see mix to whoever wants it and you’re so right it’s a joy to hear I have seen a couple of king parrots for quite a while then just recently they wanted me to feed them personally just out of the blue
