Just to add that I was completely mesmerised by Metroid Prime, and I haven’t had the best of experiences with sequels, so not wanting to spoil the memory of Prime was probably part of it.

I haven’t got round to playing this yet. I think I was put off by the Edge review when the game first came out, which was that it had some good ideas but ultimately was a poorer game than Prime.

Do these games also play well on Nintendo switch’s online service? I was playing Excite Bike 64 earlier and it seemed pretty clunky.

I’ve only played Bluestorm, which I love. Is it worth trying the original?
