sounds like triangle wave with portamento, slightly slow attack on the amp + filter envelope, and a little bit of overdrive. doesn't feel analog; I'm pretty sure it's from a sampler, one of those workstations like a Triton, or a VST like Trillian that samples analog synths

I live (and bike) 4 blocks from there and I'm trying to avoid Court til they fill in the colors... cars are parking in the bike lane, the parking lane, and these future pedestrian islands, so it's a total mess
