Now there's a frood who really knows where his towel is.
So the good people of Hyndman decided a 1% chance taken on an adulterous, sexual assaulting, many-times bankrupt, convicted felon was the better choice last year? Sorry, jdcivicscience. You didn't explain anything.

Power corrupts because it frees you of the consequences of your actions.

Alternative name for the Cybertruck - wankpanzer.
Alternative (and there are many) nickname for Trump - Pumpkin Putin.

Name calling isn't goin to help anybody win out against the forces of evil rising in the west, but it keeps my spirits up a little.

If it wasn't the Guardian, I'd be tempted to think at least some of these were faked somehow. Crazy stuff!

"There shouldn't be as horse in the hospital."

Yep. We're well past that. ☹️

Don't think I watched that one. I see it's on Netflix now. I'll give it a go. 😊

Ha! I'd only ever heard of them through Charles Cornell looking at the music. Found a few on Netflix and watched them two or three years ago. They're strange and engrossing films.

Can't disagree. We have systemic problems because of Brexit that would be much reduced if we were still in the EU. And the way the tabloid press and social media is, people are being rapidly dumbed down. Denmark, The Netherlands or Finland are still in a much better place politically, I hear.

I know! But he's a classically trained jazz musician. I think he's kind of isolated himself from other things.

I do like his channel though. He does these musical explorations of lots of stuff, including film and game music. He introduced me to Studio Ghibli movies, which I love. :)

You would both be very welcome in the UK, Dave. It's a huge tragedy that the USA has become what it is today. A pariah and a threat.

I misread that at first. I thought you'd written, "Leonard Cohen over for breakfast this morning." 😁

I found myself reading back from the highest altitudes and laughed at the last category... and then read the Y axis scale which made me laugh again. :)

Don't know why, but I've never had heros. Sometimes it comes as a bit of a shock though when someone you thought was a perfectly decent person, even talented, turns out to be a monster all that time.

But yes, be like the person you thought they were.
