Thanks for engaging, there's too much to deal with in one post so I'll go one by one... "left office peacefully" - sorry, what? He never conceded and still maintains against all evidence that the 2020 election was fraudulent. He incited a riot that resulted in gus supporters storming your capitol

Thank I'll check it out

True. And I guess the same psychology is at work today. I just, naively, hoped that perhaps we moved on a little bit in the past 90 years.

To you, he's a source of pride... let's talk.
July 10, 2025 at 4:50 PM
OK, let's talk. See if we can find out why we seem to perceive the same person so differently. To me, he's a fascist bigot who Hitler would admire (I was born in Austria and know about Hitler), who plays golf whilst Americans die in floods and shootings, who steals from the poor to give to the rich.

Yes, I get that your GOP (and a bunch of other parties around the world) did that, but what I don't get is, why? Surely some gay and trans people believe in right leaning" political systems? This conflagration of politics and gender issues is poison, just like mixing politics & religion.
July 10, 2025 at 4:27 PM
"No LGBT+rights without voting blue"... this goes to the heart of the madness. How did gender issues and human rights get politicised to the point of being owned by a party? When did disagreeing on issues of governance start to include matters of basic decency we should all agree on?
July 10, 2025 at 3:51 PM
Both a necessity.

Minor point, glyphosate has not been linked to cancer, except in extremely high doses. It still shouldn't be on tampons though.

What are you even talking about? What does the orange clown have to do with vasectomy, other than being an advertisement for any form of birth control?
May 15, 2025 at 4:45 PM
This is incorrect. Vasectomy reversal attempts are rarely successful. I totally agree men should get one if they are sure they want no further children, but nobody should rely on being able to reverse it if they change their mind later. That's just not the case.

In this case, I'd say sarcasm.
May 12, 2025 at 2:00 PM
These days I have to check who posted this so I can try and guess if it's sarcasm or something some idiot actually means. That's how bad it is.

The question of whether health care is a commodity or a basic right goes straight to the heart of how a particular society arranges itself. Universal health care for all can only exist if most people believe in the latter.

They're multiplying, sowing division. Calculating, these people.
April 20, 2025 at 6:14 AM
That worked out well, didn't it.
April 17, 2025 at 4:40 AM
This will not end well.
April 16, 2025 at 7:29 AM
I'm so sorry. I'll send the thunder back your way just as soon as I can find an envelope...😄
