Bredon Hill yesterday morning (20 October), walk up to the summit and plateau. Ring Ouzel the highlight, male briefly feeding in hawthorns along the N wall (SO9622840299), plus Fieldfare 320, Redwing 85, Yellowhammer 32, Corn Bunting 2, Stonechat 8, Skylark 75, Red Kite 12, Raven 16 #Worcsbirds

Grimley this evening… Glossy Ibis flew south over CLP to roost at south pool at 18.35, Cattle Egret 2 with cattle in field west of Wagon Wheel pits (pics) then south to roost, Great Egret 3 & Little Egret 22, plus Hobby #WorcsBirds

Black-crowned Night Heron at Grimley CLP yesterday afternoon. I watched it between 2-5 as it perched in its favourite tree, sleeping (a lot), occasionally preening, scratching, wing stretching and halfhearted fishing. It moved a meter along the branch in 3 hours #WorcsBirds
